Manuelle Miller

Manuelle Miller is an accomplished veterinary professional with extensive experience in project coordination and capacity-building in the fields of animal health and public health. Currently serving as Chargée de programme Elevage, Santé Animale et Santé Publique Vétérinaire at AVSF - Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières since October 2018, Manuelle Miller oversees projects in Madagascar with a focus on the One Health theme, while providing training and technical advice to teams. Prior experience includes serving as Chargée de projets internationaux at France Vétérinaire International, where project offers were developed and training engineering was implemented, and as Chef Santé et Protection Animale et Végétale at the Direction de l'alimentation, de l'agriculture et de la forêt de Guyane, undertaking regulatory oversight in animal health and plant protection. Manuelle Miller holds multiple degrees from esteemed veterinary institutions, including a doctorate in veterinary medicine from Ecole nationale vétérinaire de Nantes.
