Manuelle Miller is an accomplished veterinary professional with extensive experience in project coordination and capacity-building in the fields of animal health and public health. Currently serving as Chargée de programme Elevage, Santé Animale et Santé Publique Vétérinaire at AVSF - Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières since October 2018, Manuelle Miller oversees projects in Madagascar with a focus on the One Health theme, while providing training and technical advice to teams.
