Rafael Coelho

Rafael Coelho has had a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rafael is the Founder & CEO of A de Agro since November 2017. Rafael also holds the position of Partner & Professor at Link School of Business since February 2022. In addition, they are a Board Member of Clube do Malte since July 2017. Rafael has been a Board Member of Collact from July 2012 to August 2021 and Menu.com.vc from April 2017 to August 2019. Previously, they served as the COO & Co-founder of Monkey Exchange from June 2016 to October 2017. Before that, Rafael was the Founding Partner & Managing Director of W7 Venture Capital, a Brazilian VC firm, from May 2012 to June 2016. Rafael has also held positions as CEO and Board Member at Bebê Store from April 2015 to March 2016 and May 2014 to April 2015, respectively. Rafael was a Board Member of Widbook from January 2013 to April 2015. Lastly, they founded Virtvs Group in March 2011, where they served until June 2013.

Rafael Coelho has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Rafael obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2007. In 2006, they also studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Administraccion y Direccion de Empresas. Additionally, Rafael completed an executive program in Turnaround de Empresas at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2012.

Before pursuing higher education, Rafael completed their high school education at Colégio Dinâmico in Campo Grande.

Furthermore, Rafael has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Reestruturação de Empresas (Turnaround) from the Turnaround Management Association. In 2015, they received a certification as a Gestor de Carteiras from CVM. More recently, in 2021, they completed a certification course in Fintech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services and Strategies from The Wharton School.
