Carolina Castellanos Busquets has worked in various roles since 2008. Carolina began their career at Environmental Solutions Group S.A. as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for detecting customer needs, presenting the company's portfolio of services, and managing the team and objectives of the executed projects. In 2011, they moved to Advisory 4 Network Solutions as an Account Manager, where they were in charge of managing and expanding the customer portfolio and presenting the commercial offer. From 2012 to 2022, they worked at OBS Business School as a Sales Executive, where they were responsible for knowing the needs and interests of customers, advising, presenting the training offer, costs, and negotiating. Carolina also processed admission requests and accompanied students until their enrollment and payment was complete. Carolina Castellanos Busquets obtained their Máster en Sostenibilidad from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2009 and 2012, with a field of study in Evaluación de Políticas Ambientales. Carolina also obtained their Ciencias Ambientales degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, Carolina obtained an Outbounder Modern Prospecting B2B certification from Outbounders in June 2022.
