Ken Kierstead has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, with a focus on strategic direction, change management, and community development. Ken has worked with various organizations such as Agros International, University Presbyterian Church, Fluid Foundation, and ECOM/Urban Impact. Ken holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis/International Studies from the University of Washington.
Agros International
Founded in 1984, Agros International is a faith-based nonprofit organization that breaks the cycle of poverty for farming families in rural Central America through economic and social development. Agros creates paths from poverty to prosperity by advancing opportunities for land ownership, market-led agriculture, financial empowerment, and health and well-being. Over the past 34 years Agros has partnered with 43 rural communities in Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Mexico, impacting the lives of over 10,000 people.
