Johanna Ortiz Medel

Johanna Ortiz Medel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Jefe Consultoría Reclutamiento y Selección at Agrosuper since January 2022, Johanna is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of recruitment strategies across all business units. Prior to this role, Johanna worked at Garces Fruit as Coordinadora Atracción de Talento and later as Analista Senior Selección y Desarrollo, managing talent acquisition for a substantial workforce.
