Volodymyr Kudryavtsev

Volodymyr Kudryavtsev is a Deputy of the Luhansk Regional Congress (Rada), and the Deputy CEO of State Enterprise “Manufacturing Control State Railways Administration of Ukraine”. He is a graduate of Voroshylovhradskyy State Pedagogical University (1983), Ukrainian State Law Academy (1995) and Ukrainian Academy of Banking (2002).
