Thaís Wiik

Thaís Wiik has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2005. Thaís began their career as an intern at Embraer in 2005 and then at IBM in 2010. In 2013, they joined Hay Group Brasil as an Business Analyst and then moved to Hay Group as a Consultant in 2014. In 2017, they joined Korn Ferry as a Senior Consultant and Associate Principal. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of HR at Agrotools.

Thaís Wiik attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Business. Thaís also attended ETEP.
