Giovanna Apaza

Giovanna Apaza has a strong background in logistics and international trade. Giovanna started their career in 2002 at Neptunia S.A. as a Sector Specialist for exports and imports. Giovanna then worked at Consorcio de Productores de Fruta S.A. as an Assistant for International Logistics from 2006 to 2007. Giovanna then joined Gandules Inc. SAC as an Export Assistant for a few months in 2007 before moving to Procter & Gamble Peru SRL as a Materials Planning Coordinator for imported goods.

In 2008, Giovanna returned to Consorcio de Productores de Fruta S.A. as the Head of International Logistics, where they were responsible for planning export programs and overseeing the pre and post-shipment of perishable goods.

Giovanna joined San Fernando in 2014 as the Head of Exports, where they managed client negotiations, sales, and budgeting. Giovanna also identified business opportunities and facilitated the sale of San Fernando products in various international markets.

From 2016 to 2018, Giovanna worked at Grupo Rocío as the Head of Foreign Trade for Tal S.A., where they analyzed the weekly shipping program, coordinated with logistics operators and customers, and implemented process improvement strategies to reduce logistical costs.

Giovanna Apaza completed a Technical degree in International Business Administration from ADEX-ISTECEX :Centros Académicos de la Asociación de Exportadores from 1998 to 2000. Giovanna then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Giovanna Apaza attended La Trobe University for English for Further Studies.
