Daniel Fechtig

Daniel Fechtig has accumulated significant experience in the fields of solution and business development, product engineering, and research. Currently, Daniel serves at AGRU Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Solution & Business Development and as a Product Engineer focusing on Innovation and Digitalization since January 2022. Previously, from January 2016 to October 2023, Daniel was the Head of the Functional Surfaces and Nanostructures Group at PROFACTOR GmbH and worked as a Research Engineer. Additionally, Daniel held a lecturer position at Fachhochschule Oberösterreich during the same period. Prior experience includes a role as a researcher (Postdoctoral) at Medizinische Universität Wien in 2015. Daniel's educational background includes a PhD in Medical Physics from the Medical University of Vienna and a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Technical Physics/Applied Physics from Technische Universität Wien, complemented by a Matura focusing on Mechanical Engineering from HTL Steyr.
