Aniruddha Sen

Aniruddha Sen has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare, insurance, and finance industries. Aniruddha is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Solution and Transition at AGS Health since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Senior Vice President at WNS Global Services from January 2020 to February 2022. From December 2016 to December 2019, they held the position of Vice President of F&A Ops, Ins & HC at EXL. Aniruddha also worked at GENPACT LLC, where they served as the Vice President and Global Operating Leader for 4 Global Insurance clients from August 2011 to December 2016, and as the Assistant Vice President of Global Operating Leader from January 2009 to September 2011. Before that, they held various roles at GENPACT LLC, including Assistant Vice President of Insurance Finance Operations from August 2007 to 2008, and Assistant Vice President of Insurance Finance Operations from 2006 to 2007. Aniruddha started their career at ICICI Bank, where they worked as a Regional Manager from April 2004 to July 2006 and as a Branch Manager from 2001 to 2004. Aniruddha holds expertise in strategy, sales enablement, healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), and financial and accounting operations.

Aniruddha Sen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accounts, Economics, and Auditing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, they have earned certifications in CornerStone from Duke University, Green Belt Certification (GB) from Genpact India Private Limited Delhi, and Property and Casualty Insurance from The Institutes-AICPCU.
