Sage Goergen has gained experience in various roles across different companies, starting as a Groundskeeper at Heirloom Farms and ultimately becoming an InSiteCDM Account Manager at AgState. Sage also worked as a Seed Tech at Syngenta and held internships in agronomy sales and customer service. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University, Sage has a solid educational background to support their professional endeavors.

AgState was formed September 1, 2021, when ALCECO and First Cooperative Association became a merged entity. It is managed by a 12-farmer member board, made up of former ALCECO and FCA board members.
