Darren Vincent, MBA, CHRL has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Darren Vincent, currently serves as the Director of Operations at AGTA Home Health Care since January 2020. Before that, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Human Capital Business Partner at Telecon. At ReneSola Ltd., they were the Manager of Human Resources & Administration from 2016 to 2018, where they provided consultative HR services and led significant process improvements. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Human Resources at AGTA Home Health Care from 2015 to 2016. Darren Vincent, has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Paintball Gear Canada for a brief period in 2014. Darren holds an MBA degree from University Canada West, where they were a graduate student from 2012 to 2014. Moreover, they have served as an HR Generalist at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) from 2008 to 2011 and as a Corporate Trainer / HRIS Software Specialist at HR-Technologies in 2008. Darren Vincent, started their career as an HRIS Administrator at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. in 2007.
Darren Vincent, MBA, CHRL, has a strong educational background that combines their interests in industrial relations, economics, social psychology, and organizational culture. Darren Vincent, started their academic journey at the University of Toronto, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from 2002 to 2006. During this time, Darren focused on studying industrial relations, economics, and social psychology.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Darren further enhanced their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Sheridan College in 2007. This certification provided him with a deeper understanding of human resources practices and principles.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and personal growth, Darren obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University Canada West in 2014. With a specialization in Organizational Culture and Change, this program allowed Darren to develop a comprehensive understanding of how cultural factors impact organizational dynamics and how to effectively navigate change processes within businesses.
In addition to their formal education, Darren also holds an esteemed certification as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) obtained in June 2008. This certification was obtained through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, showcasing Darren's dedication and expertise in the field of human resources.
