Caroline Garnevicus

Caroline Garnevicus is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Business Development Manager and previously as Regional Account Manager at AGTEK Development Company, Inc. since December 2016, Caroline specializes in providing solutions for construction quantity takeoff, estimation, and process modeling. Prior roles include Change Order Manager for the Purple Line Subway Extension at Skanska, where an analysis of design and construction change orders for a $1.6 billion contract was conducted, and various engineering positions during the Core Competency Training Program at Skanska, which involved supervising subcontractors and managing material logistics for subway extension projects. Caroline's career began with internships at USC Facilities Management Services and multiple roles at Skanska centered around the World Trade Center PATH Hall construction. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
