Mohammad Amro is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Group General Counsel for Agthia Group PJSC since August 2020, Mohammad previously held positions including General Counsel at the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and Senior Legal Advisor within the Department of Community Development and the Department of Health Abu Dhabi. With a strong foundation in corporate law garnered through previous roles as Chief Legal Counsel at Mondelēz International and Legal Manager at Nestle S.A., Mohammad has effectively contributed to the establishment and restructuring of legal functions in both public and private sectors.
