Shiva Nair has a strong background in information technology and business transformation. As the Group CIO at Agthia Group PJSC, Shiva successfully implemented a strategic roadmap for technology and security, elevating the company's growth. Prior to this, Shiva served as the Vice President & CIO at Adani Wilmar Limited, a top FMCG company in India. Additionally, Shiva gained valuable experience at Pfizer, where they held various roles including CIO and Regional Director in the APAC region. With a focus on driving business transformation and optimizing technology, Shiva has contributed significantly to the success of various organizations in the FMCG and pharma industries.

Shiva Nair has completed a Management Development Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Additionally, they have a diploma in Computer Programming and Digital Arts from the Edit Institute in Mumbai. Shiva Nair also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Poona.
