Autonomy Software Engineer at Agtonomy

Ian Buckley has worked in a variety of roles in the field of software engineering. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Clemson University. Ian then moved on to become an Intern at the Air Force Research Laboratory from 2015 to 2015. During this time, they were also a Doctoral Student and Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2022. In 2017, they began working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer at Optimus Ride. Most recently, they have been an Autonomy Software Engineer at Agtonomy since 2022.

Ian Buckley completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they obtained the FE Exam from NCEES. Ian then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2018. Ian continued their education at Georgia Institute of Technology, earning their Ph.D. in Robotics in 2020.
