Sara Aguilar has a wide range of experience in the field of human resources. Sara started their career in 2002 as a Benefits and Workers Comp Specialist at La Quinta Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. Sara then joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation in 2007 as a Human Resources Director and remained in that role until 2013.
