Jin Jo Garton

Jin Jo Garton is a seasoned professional in museum consulting and retail management with a robust background in cultural and artistic integration. Currently serving as a Museum Consultant for both the Alutiiq Heritage Foundation and Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, Garton specializes in connecting Native American artists to cultural institutions and developing art merchandise strategies. Previous roles include Retail Buyer at The Walters Art Museum, Retail and Visitor Services Consultant at Peoria Riverfront Museum, and Retail Consultant for the U.S. Department of State. Garton has extensive experience in establishing new museum stores, including FAMstore at the First Americans Museum, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Art History from the University of Oklahoma.
