Jane Ellen Carter

Jane Ellen Carter has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 as an Engineer at KBR, Inc. Jane Ellen then joined General Electric in 2000 as a CM&U Project Manager. In 2002, they became a Project Manager at GE Aero Energy and later took on the role of Team Lead - CM&U Project Execution at General Electric - Aero Energy in 2004. Jane joined AMEC Environment & Infrastructure in 2006 as a Proposal and Presentation Manager and then moved on to become a Senior Project Coordinator at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Jane Ellen then worked as a Senior Project Manager at Amec Foster Wheeler from 2014 to 2016. Most recently, Jane has been a Marketing Director at Aguirre & Fields, LP since 2016.

Jane Ellen Carter attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
