Dinuka Ilangamage

Dinuka Ilangamage has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 2013. Dinuka began their career as a Service Desk Consultant for Fred IT Group, where they handled escalated queries regarding network, internet, and server queries. Dinuka then moved on to become a Technical Consultant and a Customer Services Team Leader, where they managed the day to day team management of level 3 service desk and eHealth teams, planned, directed and coordinated the provision of resources in the Customer Service Team, ensured quality control, and performed staff development. In 2018, they moved to Telstra Health as an Application Support Team Lead. In 2019, they joined OLYMPUS AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND as a Customer Support IT Specialist. In 2020, they were appointed as the Head Of IT Operations at AgUnity, and in 2021 they became the Creator at AgriUT.

Dinuka Ilangamage obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the Australian Catholic University between 2009 and 2012. In 2018, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2020, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ Certification from CompTIA, the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
