Kristin Fimple has diverse work experience across various organizations. Kristin started their career at Sedgwick County Zoo in 2014, working in concessions until August 2015. In November 2014, they began working at the YMCA as an adult volleyball scorekeeper and volleyball official, a role they held until January 2017. In May 2017, they started a part-time teller position at Credit Union of America, which they held until May 2018. In 2016, Kristin Fimple joined KSHSAA as a volleyball official and continued in this role. In 2017, they became a student ambassador at Newman University, a position they held until May 2019. In May 2018, they started working at AgVantis, Inc. as an accounting intern and eventually transitioned to roles including accountant, senior loan accountant, and most recently, financial reporting manager.

Kristin Fimple attended Bishop Carroll Catholic High School from 2012 to 2016 and earned a High School Diploma. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at Newman University from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business and Accounting.
