Macy Hagler

Macy Hagler began their professional career in 2015 as a Sales Representative for Vector Marketing. Macy then took on a Clerical Assistant role at Washington State University, followed by a Division Intern role at Crop Production Services in 2016. In 2017, they were a Sales Intern at Dow AgroSciences, and in 2018 they were a Financial Services Intern at Farm Credit Mid-America. In 2019, they began working as a Relationship Manager and Credit Officer at Northwest Farm Credit Services, where they managed a marketing strategy for an agricultural loan portfolio, grew the portfolio with $7.6M new money in the first year, generated 40% of new money from new customers, and achieved a Customer Engagement score of 4.85 on a 5 point scale. In 2022, they became a Partnership Manager at AgVend.

Macy Hagler received their Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Food Systems from Washington State University in 2019. Macy then went on to pursue their Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Denver, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
