Nataliya Ivolgina

Nataliya Ivolgina has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Nataliya began their career at the Dorodnicyn Computing Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences as an Engineer, where they operated a voice records data base used for creating voice recognition software. In 2006, they moved to Cegedim Dendrite as a Senior Business Analyst, where they implemented ETMS/CRM applications in pharmaceutical companies, analyzed customer business processes, and provided applications set-up, training, and support for users. From 2008 to 2021, Nataliya worked at Volvo Group in various roles, including Product Portfolio Manager, Responsible for Systems and Processes, Business Analyst for Truck Sales, and Business Analyst for Dealer Management System, where they participated in the system's implementation in Russia, gathered requirements from Russian Dealers, wrote, pushed, and tested change requests for the system. In 2021, Nataliya moved to Trade Gold as a Product Manager for the precious metals trade portal and mobile application, where they planned development road-maps, structured development sprints, and interviewed stakeholders and wrote requirements for developers. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at AgVend as a Senior Technical Product Manager.

Nataliya Ivolgina attended 1208 from 1991 to 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Russian University of Humanities and studied Artificial Intelligence. In 2020 and 2021, they attended Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis (MIP) and obtained a MCC ICI Coach in Psychology.
