Bill Sears is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in inside sales, account management, and market development within the glass fiber and industrial sectors. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at AGY LLC since July 2005, Bill manages customer accounts and collaborates with various teams to meet customer demands in aerospace, defense, and automotive markets. Previously, Bill held the position of Regional Sales Leader - West, focusing on the sales of high strength glass fibers across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Bill's earlier career includes roles at Advanced Glassfiber Yarns, Owens Corning, and Monsanto, providing a solid foundation in customer account management, production planning, and agricultural product sales. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana Tech University and has pursued studies at Mississippi State University.
