Currently serving as a Consulting Partner at Lauletta Birnbaum, LLC, and Vice President of Business Development at Funding Profiles, Kursman has a proven track record in consulting for small to medium-sized enterprises. As CEO of Clovisia Consulting Group, Kursman specializes in global business growth, while also holding the position of Principal at Neri Design Group, a brand and design consultancy. Previous leadership roles include President at OI, Inc., CEO of Allergy Allies, and Senior Director at EPAM Empathy Lab, among others.
