El Hadj Dieng is the CEO and Founder of All Hail Art, a social marketplace that supports emerging creators by enabling them to sell NFTs, physical goods, and personalized experiences. El Hadj co-founded MXD WRLD, a Mixed Reality organization focused on preserving historical and cultural moments through art and technology. El Hadj also participated in the Watt Program Session One as a Fellow at AMP, an accelerator, tech studio, and community. El Hadj served as the Co-coordinator of H.A.S.T.E-Help Africans Save Their Education. Additionally, El Hadj was the CEO of House of M and worked as a Student Ambassador at Mcmullen Museum and a Sociology Promotional Graphics Intern at Boston College. El Hadj interned as a Law Intern at Cordero & Cordero Abogados and a Sustainability Marketing Intern at Boston College. El Hadj's experience also includes the role of Field Manager at Grassroots Campaigns and Publicity Director for the WZBC Radio 90.3 News Team in Boston.

El Hadj Dieng began their education at Collegiate School in 2001 and continued studying there until 2014. During those years, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, in 2014, they enrolled at Boston College, where they spent four years until 2018. At Boston College, El Hadj focused on Philosophy and Political Science, although the specific degree achieved is undisclosed.
