Wayne Carlson, FAICP, LEED AP, is a principal at AHBL and a lecturer at The Ohio State University, with over 25 years of experience in land use planning. They have worked extensively on integrating sustainable stormwater management practices into local codes across nearly 70 cities and counties in Washington and California. As a consultant to the Puget Sound Partnership, Wayne collaborated with numerous entities to facilitate the adoption of low impact development practices. Currently, they teach Green Infrastructure courses at the University of Washington and The Ohio State University. Wayne has also contributed to the Planning Accreditation Board as a site visitor.
