Chris Gooderham has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Chris started as a Senior Accountant at Crowther Beard LLP in 1992 before moving to Milk Marque Ltd as a Senior Business Analyst in 1995. Chris then transitioned to First Milk Ltd in 2000, where they held various roles like Senior Business Analyst, Corporate Planning Manager, General Manager Supply Chain, Strategic Projects Director, and ultimately served as Business Development Director until 2015. Following this, they joined AHDB Dairy as a Lead Analyst until 2022, where they showcased their expertise in the dairy industry. Chris then returned to AHDB in 2018, where they held roles such as Head of Market Specialist, Interim Director of Research and Science, and eventually, the Director of Livestock Science and Environment. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills in the agriculture and horticulture sector.

Chris Gooderham attended Pershore High School from 1983 to 1989, where they completed their high school education. Chris then went on to Oxford Brookes University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mathematics and Physics.
