Janet Swadling

Janet Swadling is currently a Board Member at the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board. Prior to this, they held various positions at SRUC, a Scottish agricultural college, including Acting Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, and Finance and Corporate Affairs Director. Janet also served as a Non Executive Director at the National Land Based College (UK).

Swadling has experience in the private sector as well, having been a Director at AGSKILLS LIMITED and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Cambridge Academic Partnership. Janet is also a member of HGCA Pension Plan Trustees Limited.

Janet Swadling has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.
