Nicolas Goffaux

Nicolas Goffaux serves as a Partner at AHEAD Executive Search since June 2005, specializing in executive recruitment for middle management to sub-top positions for prominent companies in Belgium and internationally, having completed numerous assignments for esteemed clients such as Microsoft, Abbott, ING, and Henkel. Prior to this role, Nicolas held various marketing, sales, and HR positions at L'Oreal from August 1992 to February 2005, ultimately serving as Marketing Director for Lancôme in Brussels. Nicolas possesses a Professional Coach Certified (PCC) degree from Nova Terra (2013-2014) and a Master in Marketing from Vlerick Business School (1991-1992), along with a Commercial Engineering degree from Ichec Brussels Management School. Additional education was obtained at Vlerick Business School and College Saint-Michel.
