James Lacourt

James LaCourt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career in 1986 as a Police officer in the USAF and then worked as a Coordinator at Procter & Gamble from 1992 to 2002. In 2002, they became the CEO of NEWCMG and also started working as an HR Advisor at Entrepreneur Hub\Urban Hope Entrepreneur Center. In 2002, they also founded Ahead Human Resources, where they served as the President/CEO and focused on HR compliance and risk management. In 2009, they established Helping Hands Caregivers, where they held the position of President/CEO/Administrator and provided personal home care services. In the same year, they also founded B&L Technologies, serving as the President/CEO.
