Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and legal affairs, currently serving as the CEO and Counsel at Ahead Human Resources since June 2017. Previously, Kyle held the position of Director of Human Resources and Employment Counsel at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. from 2002 to 2017, where responsibilities included supporting operational leadership and implementing HR policies for a multi-state organization. Earlier roles include General Counsel and Vice President at AHEAD (1997-2002), where strategies and employee benefit programs were developed, and Regional Human Resources Director at Hillhaven Corporation (1993-1996), providing HR support across multiple locations.
