Caesar Chen

Caesar Chen's work experience includes founding and serving as Chief of Staff at AHEAD Medicine, a healthcare startup focused on cancer care. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Aeon Lighting Technology, where they led sales and marketing activities for LED lighting bulbs and lamps. Earlier in their career, Chen served as a Sales Manager at Chung Ting Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd, where they focused on expanding the company's global marketing and business development activities. Caesar also gained experience as a Managing Director at Salient Technology Co., Ltd, leading the establishment and growth of a new startup project. Chen began their career as a Sales Specialist at Howteh Enterprise Co., Ltd, where they achieved significant revenue growth and received recognition as a top salesperson. Caesar also worked as a Marketing Planner at Shinchi Corporation, where they managed the sales and distribution of VCRs.

Caesar Chen completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Sales & Marketing from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Industrial Management and Business Administration from the same university, starting in 1988 and completing it in 2001.
