Martin Leu is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational culture, currently serving in a People and Culture role at tozero since April 2023. Previously, Martin held the position of Talent & Recruiting Manager at ahead® from June 2022 to March 2023 and contributed to Capufaktur e.V. as a student consultant focused on quality management and leadership development from May 2020 to January 2023. Martin's background in sports is highlighted through participation as a student athlete and assistant coach at James Madison University and extensive experience as a football player with Greifswalder FC and F.C.
