Dipankar Bagchi

Dipankar Bagchi is an accomplished professional in the fields of analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, currently serving as a Partner in Advisory Services at AHEAD since October 2022. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Apricus Analytics since November 2020, Dipankar specializes in developing data strategies and customer analytics for various sectors. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Teleperformance, Vice President at Sutherland, Client Partner at IBM, and Americas Practice Partner at DXC Technology, among others, with significant contributions to the financial services and healthcare industries. Dipankar holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MS from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from Saint Mary's University, and a specialized program from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Dipankar is a Fellow Member in Actuarial Science and Financial Management from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
