Kassandra Garza

Kassandra Garza is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as an Associate People Business Partner at AHEAD since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kassandra worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at MBX Systems from March 2022 to June 2023. Kassandra gained significant experience in team management and training during a tenure at Six Flags, first as a Culinary Supervisor from June 2015 to December 2018, followed by a role as Training and Admin Supervisor from February 2019 to December 2021. Kassandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, earned between 2019 and 2021, and completed studies at the College of Lake County from 2017 to 2019 after graduating from Warren Township High School in 2017.
