Nick Minnich

Nick Minnich is a seasoned professional in the field of enterprise service management, currently serving as a Specialist Sales Engineer for ServiceNow at AHEAD since December 2014. Throughout tenure at AHEAD, Nick has advanced through various roles including Delivery Manager, Principal Solutions Architect, Platform Lead, and Solutions Architect. Prior to AHEAD, Nick held the position of Technical Analyst at Fruition Partners, where responsibilities included providing best practice guidance on applications and development within Service-Now, as well as handling customizations, enhancement requests, ongoing maintenance, and reporting configuration. Nick holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
