Nicole Barracca

Nicole Barracca is an experienced professional in client success and account management, currently serving as the Client Success Team Lead for Cloud Managed Services at AHEAD since December 2022. Prior roles include Enterprise Service Account Manager at AHEAD, and Client Success Manager Team Lead at Burwood Group from July 2020 to December 2022. Nicole's career began at Gem Development Group LLC as an Administrative Assistant and progressed through various roles at Pactiv, LLC, Mindsight, and Burwood Group, accumulating extensive experience in project management and technical account management.
