Reinier Paul Deguzman

Reinier Paul DeGuzman is a seasoned Program Delivery Lead at AHEAD, with extensive experience managing Professional Services projects and programs in the Data Center PMO. Since December 2018, Reinier has overseen service delivery for over 100 concurrent projects while managing a team of five direct reports and executing a personal portfolio of 10+ projects. Previous roles include IT Project Manager, where Reinier successfully led infrastructure projects and was nominated for a CID Award, and Manager of Healthcare Delivery at Medix™, enhancing operational efficiencies for the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Delivery Team. Reinier's career also includes recruitment advisory roles and project management in various industries, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Spanish Minor from Illinois State University.
