Richard Todd

Richard Todd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Operations Associate at AHEAD since April 2024, Richard previously worked at Gotham Technology Group as an Inside Sales Account Manager and at SHI International Corp. as a Dell Presales Partner Specialist from May 2018 to March 2023, where Richard supported sales through product expertise and relationship management with Dell and SHI customers.
