Rushina Dalal

Rushina Dalal is an experienced professional in client success and service account management, currently serving as Director of Client Success at AHEAD since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rushina held various positions at vCORE Technology Partners, including Client Executive in Sales and Senior IT Project Manager, from May 2018 to August 2022. Rushina’s career also includes significant experience at ConvergeOne as an IT Project Manager, and roles at eTelecare Global Solutions, Apollo Group, American Express, and Aetna, starting in telecommunications. Rushina earned a degree from Ithaca College between 1993 and 1997.
