Tom Dybicz

Tom Dybicz is a Principal IT Strategy Consultant at AHEAD since July 2021, specializing in enterprise IT financial data assessment and cloud migration strategies. Prior to this, Dybicz worked at Onix as an IT Strategy Consultant from May 2017 to May 2021, where support was provided to technical teams and customer interactions were facilitated at senior levels. Dybicz served in the US Army from August 2010 to August 2015, progressing from Infantry Lieutenant to Captain, responsible for training senior leaders in Asymmetric Warfare and leading an Infantry company. Early career experience includes an internship at the Hudson Institute, culminating in an influential report on police training efforts in Iraq. Dybicz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and has a background that includes education from Indiana University Bloomington and Saint Ignatius High School.
