Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at AHF Products since July 2022, Cathie previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. from October 2016 to July 2022. Cathie began at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. in October 1999 as Supervisor of Floor Customer Service and continued in that role until July 2022. Prior to this, Cathie was the Office Manager at Nolts Ponds from January 1995 to October 1999. Cathie Russell earned a degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1992.
