Jake Loftis

Jake Loftis has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Their most recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at AHF Products, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of NA Operations at WernerCo from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining WernerCo, Jake worked at InVue as the Global Vice President (VP) of Operations & Supply Chain from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they provided strategic direction for global sourcing, manufacturing, supply and demand planning, distribution, transportation, and reverse logistics. Jake also oversaw the management of the supply chain team across multiple offices and implemented various initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.

From 2015 to 2019, Jake held multiple roles at TTI Floor Care North America. Jake served as the Vice President, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT, where they managed day-to-day activities within sales, order management, and supply chain. Jake also worked as the Senior Director, North America Logistics and Customer Care, leading distribution, transportation, customer service, and site relocation efforts.

Earlier in their career, Jake worked at Newell Rubbermaid as the Director of North America Delivery and Director of Distribution, Transportation & Customer Service. Jake was responsible for overseeing distribution and transportation activities in North America, managing major consumer brands, and implementing operational improvements.

Jake's work experience also includes positions at Black & Decker, where they held various roles such as Distribution Operations Manager, Distribution Area Operations Manager, Productivity Black Belt, and Plant Engineer | Maintenance Manager. Additionally, they served in the US Army as a Maintenance Foreman.
