Michael O'Hearn

Michael O'Hearn is an experienced professional in the flooring industry, currently serving as General Manager at AHF Products since January 2019, responsible for all aspects of the direct retail business. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Armstrong World Industries from June 1988 to January 2019, including National Sales Manager, where accountability for east coast builder and property management strategies was paramount, and VP of Sales, managing important retail accounts such as Lowes. Michael's extensive background includes significant roles in customer service, information systems, logistics, and production planning. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Process Improvement.
