Steve McLean

Steve McLean is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the flooring industry. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Procurement at AHF Products since July 2022, McLean previously held the position of VP, Global Procurement and Trade Compliance at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. from June 1986 to October 2022. In this role, McLean was responsible for overseeing global spending to maximize value for customers and shareholders, developing procurement processes, managing the organization’s spend, and enhancing free cash flow through improved payment terms and inventory reduction. McLean's progressive career includes roles as Director of Global Procurement and Quality Assurance, Director of Global Raw Material Procurement, Commercial Business Manufacturing Manager, Senior Staff Engineer, and Plant Industrial Engineer. McLean holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
