Karen Martinez

Karen Mére Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karen Mére most recently worked as a Product Owner at Ahgora starting in November 2022. Prior to this, Karen worked at Body Style Confecções from May 2018 to July 2020, where they held the position of General Manager and Production Manager. Karen Mére'sresponsibilities included expanding sales channels, implementing an e-commerce platform, analyzing marketing indicators to develop brand positioning strategies, and implementing customer experience and customer success concepts.

Before joining Body Style Confecções, Karen worked at Telefónica as a Coordinator of RTB for fixed telephony from November 2014 to January 2016. Karen Mére also served as a Project Manager at Holding Grupo Gaio from August 2012 to November 2013. Karen's early career includes a long tenure at Nextel Brasil, where they worked as a Project Coordinator from June 2000 to August 2012.

Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing projects and driving sales growth. Karen Mére has also shown expertise in implementing new production lines and analyzing sales, production, and cost indicators. Karen is experienced in customer service and has a solid understanding of marketing strategies and brand recognition.

Karen Mére Martinez has a comprehensive education history with a focus on various fields. Karen Mére pursued Pós-Graduação in Estética Corporal e Facial from IBRAPE, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gestão de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2006. In 2002 to 2003, they participated in a Pós Graduação program in Gestão Ambiental at Universidade São Judas Tadeu. Lastly, they obtained their Graduação in Ciências Biológicas from Universidade São Judas Tadeu during the period of 1998 to 2001.

Additionally, Karen Mére Martinez holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), which they obtained from K21 in April 2023.
