Leonardo Amaral has worked in various roles since 2017. Leonardo began their career as an Assessor of People Management at Ação Júnior - Consultoria em Gestão, where they were responsible for internal planning and development. During their time there, they expanded the forms of training and restructured the gamification process to better engage employees. Leonardo then moved on to become a Project Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for diagnostics, proposal creation, and leading project teams. Leonardo achieved various successes, including selling projects for a barbershop, veterinary clinic, and food delivery company. In 2018, they joined GETMORE as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, where they were responsible for maintaining the agile methodology, facilitating programming functions, and implementing feature and complexity point methods for software development. Leonardo then moved on to Ahgora Sistemas in 2020, where they currently work as a Product Manager.
Leonardo Amaral graduated from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Leonardo studied Administration of Companies from 2014 to 2019.
