Paloma Trautmann

Paloma Trautmann is an experienced specialist in customer engagement and implementation, currently working at Ahgora by TOTVS since January 2021. In the role of Especialista em Adoção, Paloma focuses on developing strategies and solutions to enhance customer adoption throughout their journey, analyzing product usage indicators and implementing process improvements. Previously, as Especialista em Implantação - Cross Sell, Paloma concentrated on existing clients post-maternity leave, emphasizing training to reduce churn and enhance operational stability. Earlier roles include project management for onboarding new clients at Ahgora and various positions in customer support and implementation at companies like ClipEscola, Bitlab Sistemas, Resultados Digitais, and Agriness. Paloma holds degrees in Information Systems and is currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology Management at Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
