Natalie Maher

Natalie Maher is a seasoned professional in organization development and training, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Organization Development at AHIMA since February 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie held several positions at Metra Commuter Rail, including Organization Development Program Manager, where responsibilities included cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives. Natalie's extensive experience includes roles at the American Hospital Association as a Senior Education and Organizational Development Specialist, where course development and leadership coaching were key focuses, and at Resurrection Health Care as a Training and Organizational Development Specialist, where training needs assessments were conducted. Additional experience includes adjunct faculty positions at Cengage Learning/Missouri College Online and Northeastern Illinois University. Natalie holds a BA in Speech Communication and an MA in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University.
